Countdown to the Future of Productivity - SharePoint 2010 & Office 2010 Business Launch

Hi all - my name is Jennifer Davidson,
and I'm one of the newest bloggers to join the Expert Blogs team. I'm a senior
product manager at Microsoft in the Office Business Platform group.

 

So top of mind for us on the team here
in Redmond - and those of you who follow SharePoint -- is that next Wednesday, May 12, is our big
launch event to announce the business availability of SharePoint 2010 and
Office 2010.

 

While I'll be posting on that day, I
did want to give you a heads up to how you can access and participate in the event
through our Virtual
Launch Experience platform, all built on SharePoint 2010 and Office
2010.

 

The event starts live at 8 am Pacific,
11 am Eastern. We'll kick off with a keynote from Stephen Elop, president of
the Microsoft Business Division, and afterwards, we invite you to peruse the
site and check out the on-demand product sessions and the many opportunities
throughout the day to engage with our product teams, partners and fans thru
commenting, tweeting @ #join2010 and Live Chats*.
