Microsoft SMB customer profiling: a follow-up
Just a quick heads-up on this on behalf of the SMB customer team:
The Microsoft SMB team are today sending a direct mail piece to a sample group of companies in the 5 to 49 PC segment. This mailing is simply a follow up to the piece we sent to the same companies in February this year. Click here for my previous post around this communication.
The purpose of the mailing is to improve our data quality and gain better insight into Australian SMB organisations in order to better service them with customer service, resources and targeted communications. In addition, gaining better insights and information will benefit our partner community by helping us conduct more effective through partner marketing.
We also hope to share the insights we gain from this activity with our SBSC partner community in the near future, so you can also be more effective in targeting your own activities to customers and prospects for sales opportunities relating to Microsoft solutions. So stay tuned. See attached for the mail samples that were sent.
The follow-up to those that respond will more than likely include appropriate messages around working with your incumbent partner & if they don't have one, how to locate an SBSC partner nearby.
Cheers,
Robbie
