How to edit a project’s homepage / wiki? - #008

A better question is who should be able to edit the project’s wiki? Sneak peek below at new designs below. But, first things first.

If you are signed-in as a member of the project (project owner, coordinator, or developer), you’ll find the Edit link appear appear on the Wiki navigation.

Based on feedback, we need an editor role, where a project coordinator can grant someone Read / Write access to the wiki, without giving them Write access to the source code repository. I have designs for this (as the sneak peek shows below), but I have higher, more pressing requests to get to first.
