In an earlier post about CodeMash, i mentioned that I got a fauxhawk, because it is a mohawk for women.  Apparently, the hair dresser back home was wrong (or i really misunderstood her).  David Beckham (soccer guy) popularized the fauxhawk, so it is definitely not a style just for woman. 

Although I don’t know what i’m wearing on the top of my head now, at least it comes from a soccer guy, instead of dare i say a football player.  And it’s cool to be referred to as "the woman with the mohawk."  Am i having a mid-life crisis at 29 years and 10 months old?

My bad Steven (or Steve, i didn’t grab your biz card).  He was the other person with an actual "fauxhawk" at CodeMash.

From now on i’m going to research a hair style before I get it!

    Haha! Thanks for clearing that up Sara. I was catching some grief from some of the other CodeMash attendees because of my "girly hair-do". If its good enough for Becks, its good enough for me. :)

    No worries Steven.  I just can't wait for the soccer v football wars to begin on this post!  =)   But then again, this is coming from the person who wore a LSU sweatshirt through Cleveland, Ohio airport security.  When they stopped me going through the metal detector, i couldn't figure it out.  Then when i realized what i had worn (i totally forogt about airport security), i said, "i deserve whatever you do to me."  But they were cool and only heckled =)

    Hahaha.. from now you will be doing a hair style testing before you get it! So could you refer me a Hair Style Tips Blog so that i can follow the same before i choose one in future? ;)
