In this issue we tell you how to keep up to date with our upcoming training sessions, and even help us by signing up to provide direct product feedback!
Also contained In our inagural newsletter is this greeting from XD Huang, our team's General Manager:
I would like to welcome you to our first edition of the Response Point Newsletter! Over the past two years our team here at Microsoft has worked as a stealthy startup. We've built up the team; secured our startup venture funding; and engaged closely with our OEM partners, small business customers, and VARs in the process of bringing this exciting new product to market.
I am proud of what we have accomplished to date. We've built up a team of people with a strong sense of mission to serve small business customers. Together with Quanta and D-Link, we have delivered the advanced phone system you can sell today. I am also very pleased that Aastra will join as a new OEM partner, shipping their Response Point system later this summer. We're just getting started!
Simplicity has been center stage at all times in our efforts to make Response Point easy to manage, easy to use, and easy to grow. We will continue with this important design tenet as we go to market. The best way to experience the power of Response Point is for people to try the system themselves. That's why you, our partners, are so very important.
Partners play a central role to fulfill our dream to deliver a great solution for small business customers. On behalf of the team, I would like to thank the many VARs who have helped, and will continue to help, make Response Point a great success.
Kindest regards,
Xuedong Huang
