Call for feedback

We're looking looking for early feedback from users of ResponsePoint.

Generally, feedback sessions are one hour. During a typical session you perform a few tasks using a concept car or a new version of Response Point. You tell us what you think and how you think we could make it better.

By participating you help us make Response Point better and you receive a Microsoft Gratuity for Microsoft software and hardware.

If you participate:

  • You will receive an e-mail from us with a list of session times. If there is a session you want, you reply asking for the session.
  • You will receive an e-mail from us inviting you to that session. (We fill sessions first come, first serve.)
  • We provide you with a LiveMeeting invitation and a toll-free number to call.

How to sign up:

If you are interested in participating in feedback sessions send e-mail to George Engelbeck at gengelb@microsoft.com.

I humbly request the following features:
  1. The ability to set up some external numbers to dial the automatic receptionist directly.  We have some people that it makes sense to bypass the receptionist for, but they don't go to a particular individual all the time.  (E.g. the boss/important client wants to talk to person X right NOW, not waiting around for receptionist).  I feel that this is different than the numbers that have access to the response point system with a code.
  2. The ability for callers to escape voicemail and talk to the receptionist again if they don't want to leave a message
  3. The ability for someone transferring a call to grab it back if the wrong person is dialed accidentally.
