We received the sample chapters from the resource kit and my co-author Janique Carbone posted them to her virtualization community site file download section at https://vscommunity.com/files.  In addition to the full table of contents, you will find the following chapters:

Chapter 4 - Installing Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1

Chapter 5 - Virtual Server 2005 R2 Advanced Features

Chapter 7 - Best Practices for Configuration and Performance Tuning

Chapter 10 - Virtual Migration Process (using VSMT)

You can download each chapter individually or a single PDF that includes the TOC and all the sample chapters.
