Customer visit today -- Feedback is key!
It's a jam packed fun filled week this week here in Redmond. Not only does Vista Beta 1 go out to testers, allowing us to finally get some broad feedback on Speech Recognition in Vista, but we also have 20+ customers coming to Redmond today to see our preliminary work on Beta 2.
Customer feedback has been an integral part of developing the Vista Speech Recognition features since the beginning. We started off with several focus group meetings 2 years ago, developed our plan, vetted it with customers, and then executed along that plan. All along the way, we held usability tests of our on-going work just about every month, incorporating customer feedback into the product.
We'd love to hear from you after you try out Speech in Vista. What do you like? What do you not like? Is anything missing? Send us mail and let us know.
