See TechNet for more info: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn502605.aspx Also, this management pack requires Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager.  It will NOT work with Microsoft System Center 2012 SP1 Operations Manager because there are some changes in the Management server to properly process the Java APM data properly.
