The Microsoft Patterns & Practices group has just launched PatternShare.org. A site that collects various sets of patterns that have been developed over the years:

The Patterns and Practices group at Microsoft has just published a new wiki for sharing patterns called PatternShare.org. The site already contains the patterns of noted authors such as Martin Fowler, GOF, Gregor Hohpe, and others. It also offers these patterns in a Enterprise Architectural Space Organizing Table so that you can see the relationship between patterns.

From a cursory look at the site, it looks it it have a very comprehensive list of patterns. I'll have to spend some more time exploring it in detail.
