Family chaos and granddaughter's birthdays this weekend.

We expect around 20 people to the house for dinner tonight. That's just immediate family. My granddaughter, Adriana, is turning 14 tomorrow and we are going to have the Washington State part of the family over for dinner. The 25 includes only my 3 local kids, significant others, the grandkids, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law... Just a normal gathering of the tribe.

Tomorrow, Michelle and I take off for California (Martinez... near San Francisco) to see our oldest daughter, husband, and their 4 kids. Our youngest grandchild (of 11 grandkids) will be turning 3 on Saturday, March 13. Anastasia was adopted by Christine and Greg last October so it is her first birthday with us... Michelle will stay with the gang while I tour the East Coast for work next week.
