Now Available: PHP 5.5.0 Delivers Significant Performance Improvements

Congratulations to the PHP community on yesterday’s PHP 5.5.0 release, which delivers a long list of updates, including enhancements that significantly speed up PHP performance.

It’s exciting to see the PHP language continue to grow and evolve, as well as the ongoing work between Microsoft, its partners, and the PHP community to improve the experience PHP developers and users have on Windows Server and Windows Azure. Now the PHP community supports Windows right alongside Linux, and this continues with the release of PHP 5.5.0.
