The start of the New Year also means the start of the new Azure DevCamp season. We have a bunch of events coming up in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, in February and March. What is an Azure DevCamp? Our Azure DevCamps are usually 1-day, instructor-led, hands-on training events. A typical schedule involves presentations and demonstrations followed by hands-on instructions for attendees to follow and learn. Why attend? If you’re a developer or developer manager and you want to get up to speed with the latest Azure technologies then the DevCamps provide a great opportunity to do so. The presentations and demos give you an overview of the offerings, while the hands-on labs give you a chance to try out some scenarios using free Azure passes that we provide. How much to attend? Nothing. Nada. Zip. Our Azure DevCamps are free events, and we’ll even shout you lunch if you come along! What's scheduled? This round of Azure DevCamps will cover an overview of the platform and then drill into a few interesting topics, including Websites, Database and Storage options, Mobile Services, Identity, customer case studies, and more. Sign me up! Check the “Events” section below, and upcoming MSDN flash newsletters for the next few DevCamps and links to register. If you have a colleague who is interested in attending an Azure DevCamp they can sign up to receive this MSDN Flash by subscribing at the following URL: https://aka.ms/msdnnz.
