As a follow-up to last week's MSDN Flash. Microsoft has released a white paper on The Windows Vista Developer Story: Application Compatibility, Migration, and Interoperability. Maintaining compatibility is a #1 priority for Microsoft and the introduction of new security features into Windows Vista is the sort of thing that can break applications that are not following today's best practices. This is worth reading for anyone that is building software today and would like to test it for compatibility in Windows Vista.
