More Than Just a Hello World
Welcome to my new blog!
I've been at Microsoft 3 weeks now and my new role is really kicking into gear. I have been on the road with the Connect Event's in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. The event was *fantastic*. I had a great time meeting and talking too many of you.
I have joined Sean Mcbreen's team (Developer and Platform Strategy) as an Auckland based Developer Advisor.
So what does that mean?
It means that...
- I am here to work with the local developer communities.
- I am here to assist customers that are adopting our new products.
So let's get started then...
Here are a few articles that I have read in the last few weeks about Visual Studio Team Systems
- Rob Caron wrote an article on "The evolution of Visual Studio from Visual Studio .NET 2003 to Visual Studio 2005"
- Eric Sink from SourceGear wrote an article on "Comments on the pricing of Team System"
- And of course let's not forget Sean's post on the "Visual Studio 2005 Product Line-up"
