I have been talking about this for quite some time now... but I did want to point out that the 17 *Free* couses that we are offering for Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 are only free until the end of the day today.

If you go over and select the courses that you would like and download them today you can download them and use them up until the 4th Feb 2006.

*update 7/11* It turns out that since it is rolling up to midnight in the US (6pm our time) the https://www.microsoftelearning.com site is only accepting login’s from people that have enrolled already for MS Learning... others are getting the following message:

"We’re sorry, but we were unable to service your request. You may wish to choose from the links below for information about Microsoft products and services."

Note to self... test site with more than one passport account before posting! SORRY

Instead go and try out the Hosted Labs ... unfortunately the setup forms are a bit painful the first time :(

*update 8/11* I received this email from the Microsoft Learning team this morning…

“There was an issue with signing in. It should be corrected. Please let me know if it is still not working. The date that the free courses expire is the 17th Nov, there was some misinformation on the site, and it will be corrected soon.”

 I went to sign up for the free courses using a new passport and this process worked! Now you have another 9 days to go to sign up for these courses for free!
