MOM and NAP
I am sure some of you have seen a recent announcement of System Center Operations Manager 2007. One of the major features in this new version is the ability monitor clients.
We are building a MOM client management pack for NAP. Using a NAP client management pack, an administrator can:
- Collect NAP client related events into a centralized location. The events include correlation IDs that enable the administrator to measure user experience and track trends across clients, servers and infrastructure.
- Detect component failures across the infrastructure. An administrator can view the operation console to monitor the health of NAP components.
These are just a few examples of many great things you can do with MOM + NAP.
