When we at Microsoft think about the future we think about how people will get things done at work, at home and on the go. Five to ten years from now how will people create and share content; collaborate across teams, organizations and networks; and how we will gain contextually relevant and anticipative insights based on preferences and intent?

Our Office Labs team within Microsoft examines these questions by building prototypes and gathering usage data to inform ongoing and future research and development in the productivity space for both work and home.
