Video Game Development - Learn to write C# the fun way

Institute of Technology introduces participants to the concepts of video game production in this webcast series. Presenters will demonstrate the key stages in the process of developing the core game engine through the creation of a "top-down shooter" game called "Star Trooper," using Visual C# 2005 Express Edition, the new lightweight integrated development environment from Microsoft designed for beginner programmers. If you want to build the game yourself as you follow along, you can download Visual C# 2005 Express Edition and the webcast tutorial materials from here.

I have been trying to register for the first webcast in the "Learn to write C# the fun way" series but am going round in circles.
It takes me to a page where I login using my .Net Passport ID and then sends me an email. But when I click on the link in the email it takes me to a page that says my profile cannot be found and that I should update it on Microsoft.com.
When I go to Manage my Profile it asks me to update my email which then takes me around the same loop. There is a link saying 'contact us' if you have problems but that link doesn't work so Im not sure where to go from here.
Hoping you can point me in the right direction.
