Live Meeting Technical Support when viewing MSDN Webcasts
So some folks asked me how do you get in touch with technical support when you're having technical issues.
Devin Caperoon from Microsoft Office Live Meeting support team, passed this onto Dean Andrews, who runs TechNet Webcasts. Dean in turn was kind enough to forward this to the rest of the team.
1.) Email the alias lmhelp@microsoft.com . However this alias does not have a set response time.
2.) Call Live Meeting technical support directly at 866.493.2825.
3.) Visit https://main.placeware.com/support/index.cfm and clicking the "contact support" hyperlink.
I'm told that they respond directly to help requests from this link. I hope this information is helpful, please let me know if I can answer any questions.
