CEFileWiz 3.2 Available
I've just uploaded an update to CEFileWiz (v3.2) - There are a couple of changes.
- For a CE 6.0 project the new default ouput folder for new projects is now \Wince600\3rdParty - the previous default output folder was \Wince600\Public - hopefully this makes it easier for you to find your project files rather than mixing them with the CE 6.0 Public files.
- I found an issue running CEFileWiz on Win7 where I was opening files as R/W to check the PE header for a file being a managed executable/DLL - I changed this to now open R/O.
Let me know if you have any feature requests!

Hi, I love the message when platform builder isn't detect: "CEFileWiz - Cannot find Windows CE 4.2, CE 5.0, CE 6.0 or CE7" Can you give more information on CE7, and the next generation of Platform Builder? (VS2010 or VS2008?) :) ThanksAnonymous

At the Embedded Systems Conference Boston, we showed product roadmaps during the Windows Embedded general session. One of the products discussed was Windows Embedded Compact "Chelan", the next major release after the current shipping product, Windows Embedded CE 6.0. Unfortunately I can't talk about any of the features of "Chelan" at this time. Keep watching the blog though! :O)

I've added a project created with CEFileWiz to my workspace, build+sysgen. Every file I added is in the right place, but I can't use the dlls from ASP on HTTPD server, looks like they are not registered. (I managed to work with those dll before by installing them from a .cab module). How to make them be registered?Anonymous
