{Tee} on Windows Server 2008 virtualization project

 

Tee, an IT consultant and ELITE committee, has been working on a Windows Server 2008 project for  Morison ASQ Consulting Group, an accounting and financial management company in the southern region of Malaysia. Read on for his sharing and learning in virtualization.  

 

"I took a very bold step when I started this project in that I decided to implement it on a live environment rather than a test lab environment. The fact that this production environment has had no complaints so far has given me a great confidence that Windows 2008 is a stable server to deploy and that virtualization is definitely worth considering for companies that have always gad problems with upgrading of their older server due to legacy applications not compatible with newer OS and hardware"
