www.live.com: Sharing my CRM page
As you all might know I am a great fan of www.live.com and it has been my start page for a long time. A new option is to share your "tabs' with others. So after seeing this new feature and testing it I started cleaning out my "CRM blog collection". Cleaning out you might think....?
Well we have a really great CRM blogging community, but sadly enough I must admit that a lot of the CRM bloggers stopped blogging so they left me no choice other than removing them from my CRM tab. I hope by reading this post fellow bloggers will update their bookmarks and update the links on their blogs.
A long time ago I created a CRM tab on my www.live.com start page and right now I am able to share this with you. Do you think you need to be on my list? Leave me a comment with your name and blog location and I will add you. My only requirement to be on my CRM list is that you regularly blog about Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I hope I can expand my current list and I will try to share my list as often as possible.

Great site! Just wondering why all of the article url's to my site are pointing to http://www.live.com/undefined? Does live.com not support atom feeds?Anonymous

I assume you are stunware :) I was wondering the exact same thing when i saw your website. live.com supports Atom feeds, but it seems your site doesn't work..Anonymous

Yes I'm stunnware :) - I thought that I have implemented the ATOM 1.0 specs correctly and according to http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.stunnware.com%2Fcrm2%2Fatom.aspx I did. Will have to check what's wrong.Anonymous

Names, I want names. Which bloggers didn't follow through and quit. ;o) I heard somewhere that over 90% of blogs that are started die off into nothingness, the great silence, some of them with the last post from years ago. JaAGAnonymous

JaAG, you are right about that. To much names to mention and there is no use to name them all. I would love to get new names added on my list though. Active CRM bloggers that are here to stay!Anonymous

I tend to say that the problem is on Microsoft's side. Opening my feed (http://www.stunnware.com/crm2/atom.aspx) in Firefox and Opera gives the following XML: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?> <feed xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom">">http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom"> <title>stunnware's CRM corner</title> In IE7 it surprisingly shows: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <rss version="2.0" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005"><channel xmlns:cfi="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005/internal" cfi:lastdownloaderror="None"><title cf:type="text">stunnware's CRM corner</title><atom:link href="http://www.stunnware.com/crm2/atom.aspx" rel="self"/> What is IE7 doing here? It adds rss tags to my xml structure and as I'm generating the document in code I'm more than convinced that there's no rss-related element in there. I'm further looking into it, but inserting things into a file is weird.Anonymous

Michael, if I add this Atom feed http://navintmicrosoftcrm.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default than it works without any problem...I am curious on what you will find.Anonymous

Menno, It's working now. The reason why it did not before was a missing <link rel="self" ...> tag in the articles. It is not required, but after adding it, live.com is happy.Anonymous
