Service Scheduling: Optimizations and Considerations
I have heard many of you ask the question when or if we would publish an optimization white paper for the Service Scheduling module.
Well...... today is the day that the CRM E2 team has done exactly that, they released a white paper describing optimizations and considerations for configuring the Service Scheduling module in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 based on a customer’s business processes. The paper also includes guidelines and best practices for designing a CRM Service Scheduling application.

The optimizations and design guidelines included in the paper have resulted in significant performance improvements in both our labs, and customer deployments. A complementary white paper will describes the results of the CRM 3.0 Service Scheduling benchmarking efforts utilizing the optimizations in this paper.
