Question: What's your one 'must-have' software product that isn't produced by MS?
Good question. I would have to say Keynote. We use this 3rd party, (O/S and platform agnostic), tool to measure our internet availability. It has some solid diagnostics with it that aid us in identifying error sources, latency, DNS errors and content errors on our homepage. It also has a transaction test capability that we utilize to simulate a URL transaction on other web sites that we run.
