Allow us to introduce just such a solution—the new series of MOF Action Plans.   Not sure if I have been in the IT service management space for too long already, but I was underwhelmed by this action plan. Any IT executive would already be aware of the messages, and the action plan is hardly actionable by the typical IT Pro - seems a misalignment between message and target audience. Hope the next bunch are better.
