Refocusing on Office 365 in South Africa

As you may have noticed, my regular SharePoint articles, have not been regular at all. Over the past few months, I have been refocusing my time on Office 365 for South Africa. Going forward my posts will contain SharePoint content, but mostly for SharePoint Online (a service within Office 365) as well as Exchange Online, Lync Online and the services, current and future which sit in the Office 365 service from Microsoft.

With that, I will start by saying that we at Microsoft South Africa are very excited about the interest that our customers have shown in the service thus far and are looking forward to the commercial availability of the service for South Africa later this year.

If you are interested in giving the service a test drive, please visit www.office365.co.za and sign-up for a trial account.

With that, let me sign off.

I hope to have a local South African dialogue with you, so please get in touch and ask questions and provide comments.

Regards,

Michael (Office 365 for the Enterprise Guy)

So what will be the cost of Office 365 when trial ends? And when can Project be expected to be incorporated into it?

I cannot comment on the project piece, but a good idea of price can be found by looking at the online cost estimator tool i.e. www.microsoft.com/.../cost-estimator.aspx
