Windows Mobile 6 Stability Issues

In my review of the Windows Mobile 6 technology I mentioned that I was running into stability issues. Well it looks like I didn't have the latest and greatest build from RTM.

I found this out from the WM 6 team here. This is what they had to say:

" ...Most of these issues are going to be with the pre-release image on your hardware and not necessarily a platform bug. With pre-release images, we are often provided “bare-bones” OEM images to get up and running on a limited number of hardware units for testing ..."

So it looks like I need to re-flash my device to get the latest and greatest installed on my MDA. I couldn't go through the Mobile Windows Update because this was pre-RTM software. I will let you know what I find out after a week or so. The good news here is I talked to a few of my other colleges here that have the same phone and version. They said that there problems went away with the new build!
