Sun and Microsoft do the Tango
Sun has been working with Microsoft's WCF team to ensure interoperability between the two stacks. Much of this work has been been facilitated at hosted “Plugfests” at Microsoft’s test facilities in Redmond. Ultimately the work preformed in the Tango Project will be incorporated with the open source Glassfish Application Server.
This is exciting stuff especially in the financial services industry where there are a blend of Java and .net technologies.

Sun's interoperability software available in time for this year's Java One. Binaries will be available in the Java Web Services Developer Pack and source code will be available as part of the Glassfish community.
