Windows 64 bit apps play nicely with Windows Compute Cluster Server
Nice little bit of news from Redmond this morning:
We want to share with you important information about Windows Server 2003 Compute Cluster
Edition (CCE) and Windows Server 2003 64-bit Standard Edition. Both applications have the
same code-base. Therefore, once you have tested High-Performance Computing (HPC) software
on Windows Server 2003 64-bit Standard Edition, you do not need to re-test the HPC applications
on CCE. Patches and service packs are also the same across the 64-bit versions of Windows
Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise and Compute Cluster editions.
