IE9 Beta is out
I’m a bit late to the party with this one but apparently the world changed yesterday when we released the beta of the next version of Internet Explorer. Rather than write a whole bunch of stuff that’s already been written elsewhere, let me point you to what I think are a few great resources:
- Download IE9 Beta
- Read about IE9 at the beautyoftheweb.com
- See how well IE9 performs with a plethora of demos at ietestdrive.com
- The IE9 Beta announcement on the IE Blog
- User Experiences: Site-Centric Browsing on Windows
- 9x9 - Simon's 1min IE9 Videos
- Intro to IE9 for Developers on the UK MSDN blog
- Martin tackles IE9 pinning and JumpLists
- Intro to IE9 for ITPros on the UK TechNet blog
I don’t think I’ve been this excited since I got Super Flight Deck for my birthday when I was about 8.

Oooh and the Windows Phone Developer Tools RTM today as well. Could life get any better than this?
