Support LifeCycle for Microsoft CRM

While Menno does a great job cutting and pasting from an email we just got, there is actually some great information on how Microsoft handles support on older products. A cool web site to check is https://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/

Of course the last product I actively wrote ANYTHING for is so old it isn't even on the list... Try and find FoxPro 2.6a....  :-)
