Microsoft CRM Mobile Express - Now Available
This is VERY cool. I have been playing with it for a couple of weeks in a VPC. Been using all sorts of emulators with it. Check it out. I think a VPC diff disk should be published pretty soon. :-)

Hi, Simran. It's simple. In CRM->Settings->Customization->Export Customization. Choose the Site Map entities and export, this save like customizations.xml then open the Sitemap.xml from the Administrative Interface folder and copy the node subarea id=nav_mobile, then open customizations.xml previously export and paste there in settings node. And finally import this new customizations.xml in CRM->Settings->Customization->Import CustomizationAnonymous

Hello, I have a problem with CRM Mobile Express too. After having gone through all the steps in the Installation Guide I can see "Mobile Configuration" under Setting in CRM (web). Yet the entities are not listed in the right side of the screen. The DraftXML.xml and PublishedXML.xml files are also empty (1Kb) sie. I have been trying and trying to solve this problem. In Event Viewer it is stated that is a rights problem, but all rights seem to be correct. Does anyone have an idea how I could solve this problem and get all the entities displayed? Kind regards, Wim.Anonymous

I also encountered the 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' immediately after a fresh, by-the-book' install of Mobile Express, when loading the Mobile Express homepage. There is a mistake in the Install Guide, I believe. The Install Guide, in step 4.i., instructs to edit the Mobile ApplicationWeb.config to point to [MobileDirectory]/PublishXML.xml for the Mobile config path. The PublishXML.xml file is actually contained in the same directory as [MobileDirectory], not within [MobileDirectory]. Fixing this path solved the problem for me.Anonymous
