Looking for a blogging client that supports MetaWebLog API newPost with enclosures
I'm on the hunt for a blogging client application that supports the MetaWebLog API newPost method and, this is the important part, actually generates the enclosure structure as part of the post. I'm working on creating a tool that supports posting podcasts to a blog programatically.
Note: I'm not looking for a client that supports FeedBurner-style put-an-mp3-in-the-post-and-the-blogging-software-will-put-it-in-the-RSS-feed. I need one that actually generates the enclosure structure as part of the XML-RPC call to the blogging server.
I'd also be interested in any blogging servers that run on Windows that support this other than Community Server 2.0 which says they support it but I haven't been able to make it work.

I've added support to the posting tool that comes with BottomFeeder (have not posted that support yet though). I need a way to test against a server that accepts MetaWebLog API posts with enclosures. Can you offer advice that way?
