War and Peace by Tolstoy

Famous enough that I really don't really need to give a description of it.  Russia, Napolean, war, peace, you get the general idea.

This is the first post in a new books category - it's not part of the main feed.  I'll be posting updates on what I'm currently reading and occasional reviews in this category if anyone is interested.

My plan is to read 52 books this year - War & Peace is book 28 (or maybe 29) so I'm a bit ahead of my schedule for now, although this book is long enough that it's going to take me a while to finish it.

Question is - are you reading them with MS Reader on Pocket PC? ;)

I've read loads of books this way now - it's nice to have a book that is also a light so I can read it in the dark!

This will probably come as a surprise, but I don't currently own a PocketPC! I used to have an iPaq 2215 that I used a lot, but sold it when I first heard about future models supporting VGA screens. I might get a new one later this year. I'm unlikely to use Reader on it for anything other than short texts though, I like the feel of a book and my overflowing bookcases :)
