How to leverage a Microsoft event...
Got to hand it to Mike and John at ATSG. They really took full advantage of the launch at BWI Marriott yesterday.
They rented out a room (right in the middle of the event) and invited a large number of their customers and prospects to join them for lunch during the day (lunch wasn't provided so the alternative was to wait on a long line in the hotel lobby).
They had 11 guests there (plus a few drop ins) and made a mark in the minds of customers and Microsoft that they are a serious player in the Baltimore market.
Nice work, guys!
Bottom line: if Microsoft is doing an event anyway, what can you do to ride the wave?
