How long should an event be?

You don’t need to do a 3 hour event. You also don’t need to make an event fill a specific time. Guidance…if you’re going to do an event, figure out how long you need to tell the most exciting, compelling story and just do that. Don’t get stuck with a pre-conceived notion about how long something should be. Just make it valuable and go with it.
