Remember how Mike wrote in with some pretty candid feedback about how Microsoft was letting him down?

Well, he wrote in again today again:

Well, its obvious you guys rattled some cages somewhere! I just had a nice call with the XXXX telemarketing people. They had called to get my feedback directly on the campaign. So I laid it all out for them and they were very receptive to hear it. The result is that they are going to replace 3 of the 4 leads that went nowhere. So I guess we’ll see what happens.

Anyway, thanks again. If we get a good lead we’ll do ya proud! We’re moving a lot of Msft software this year and I want more!
