ClickToAttend.com Conversion Rate...

I have been tracking my click throughs more closely the last few drops, and I”ve notice that while I am getting a lot of clicks right to the registration page of Click to Attend, they are not actually registering in large proportion. I am concerned that having to register for the Windows ID is putting people off.

Is anyone else tracking this? It’s making me think about having my own registration system and bypassing Partner Events.

I placed call to get the data for all of our partners conversion rates…I’ll let you know what I find.

Anecdotally, this is the 3rd time I've heard concerns about a Live ID being a barrier to entry (Heinan at Optimal was the first).

Hell, I believe it...I threw my own hands up in frustration the other day trying to register for something.

    I agree that having people create a Live ID before they can register for the event hinders them from actually register for the event.  I wish that this step would be removed completely from the Click to Attend site!
