Where's Larry Been?
Sorry about not posting for so long - I'm on vacation for the month of December, so posting will be extremely light (even lighter than usual).
See y'all next year.

Dear Larry, Are you aware of a removed feature in Vista that is causing musicians a headache? See this article: http://forums.creative.com/creativelabs/board/message?board.id=Vista&message.id=7749 and this screenshot: http://rapidshare.com/files/75109994/MIDI_music.png.html. Now, tell me pls why has this UI been removed in Vista? Did the OS designers remove it because there was only 1 default software synthesizer and they didn't know users could install more software synthesizers? I understand that the audio stack was rewritten but when I right click in Vista in the Audio devices control panel, I only get an "About software synthesizer" menu with no option to select another one!!! If indeed this has been an overlooked issue and not removed on purpose, maybe something can be done in the SP1 timeframe or through a hotfix maybe. Can you follow up and clarify?Anonymous

Igor, I don't know what's wrong, and neither do the people who run the blog :(.Anonymous

They should check for configuration differences between your and Kaplan's blog because you two use the same skin.Anonymous

Since the Pingback on his blog does not work, I am using TrackBack instead. PHP is cool, but string parsing is a headache!Anonymous

But it should be fun to parse this string, because every-domain-name-tells-a-story.Anonymous

Norman: Yeah, I noticed that - it comes with a story I was trying to post before I left; I'll post it once I get back.Anonymous
