The blog goes dark for a while

I'm chaperoning my son's trip to Washington DC and NYC for the next 10 days, so I'm not going to have any time to blog.  I'll see what I can do about getting internet access to keep up with the moderation, but no guarantees. 

 

I'll be back after Memorial Day to finish up the "how to make stuff go fast" series.

    How to make things go fast:
    1) Add a Thread.Sleep(iUnnecessaryDelay); in a tight loop
    2) whenever anyone complains, lower the value of iUnnecessaryDelay
