SPUserUtil 2.0 nearing completion

After a delay that seems like an eternity, I'm nearing completion to release SPUserUtil 2.0.

The delay was simply that I did not want to release this version without it being able to successfully migrate users 100%.  Due to this need, I'm having to wait until a couple of hotfixes are released to support this (Keep checking back for the details!)

I've also renamed the assemblies to make more sense when using against either a pure WSS site or a Portal, thus the new names are WSSUserUtil.exe and SPSUserUtil.exe.   SPSUserUtil.exe includes all the functionality of WSSUserUtil.exe, except that it is built with references to the Portal assemblies, and there is additional code to handle portal specific migration scenarios such as MySites, and Portal Alerts.  I could probably take care of the assembly dependencies using reflection, but I just didn't have time...Perhaps I'll get that into 3.0 or 2.5.

Anyways, watch this site for release info HOPEFULLY within the next two weeks.

I am working on a project where this would be helpful. Could you ping me once you release it?

This blog will be the first to know :)
I have a ton of people requesting it, and it's difficult to keep track of everyone, so watch this site for the announcement once it's complete.
