Testers, come join the Windows SDK!

The SDK Team is looking for an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test).  If you're a motivated tester that understands how a small team can offer a better chance for real responsiblity, come talk to us.  The Windows SDK ships content from technology teams all across Microsoft, for those developing for both Windows and .NET, so the work is always interesting and lively.

You can read the official job details on the Microsoft job board, but I can tell you a bit about the team from the inside. Our test team is a tightly knit group of creative, enthusiastic players that enjoy throwing themselves into new technologies. We can brag about some really outstanding XBox players too...  One of the best parts about working on the SDK Test team is the camaraderie of a small team atmosphere where work-life balance really means something. As the Samples PM I depend heavily on our test team and I can tell you that they rock.  Job Code: 180008

Update, 3/21/07: The fabulous Mike Johnson has joined our team as our new tester.  He has big shoes to fill, left behind by David Leatham, who joined another team at Microsoft, but we all welcome Mike and know he's a great addition to our team!  Thanks to everyone who applied for this position.  We appreciate each and every one of you.
