MSDN Featured Virtual Labs

The Microsoft Developer Virtual Labs has a bunch of virtual machine labs that you can access from a browser, so you can try out some technology scenarios without installing any software. There's nothing to set up, and no installation is required besides an ActiveX control . You get a fully functioning lab for a given product and a downloadable manual to help you through key scenarios. You get a 90-minute block of time for each scenario module.

You can also try out the TechNet Featured Virtual Labs to experiment with the newest features of Microsoft server products such as 2007 Microsoft Office system, Exchange 2007, and Windows Vista. You can also play with  SQL, MIIS, ISA, MOSS and Biztalk and quite a few others too. The link is https://www.microsoft.com/events/vlabs/default.mspx.
