I use 4D Ajax Framework <http://www.4d.com/products/4dweb20pack.html>. It won't be for everyone but for anyone who is looking for an Ajax Framework which is tightly integrated to a database backend, it works wonderfully.Anonymous

Ext JS certainly needs to be in the comparison since it seems the coolest framework at this moment
