问题症状描述：

 

2009年12月11日以后，使用Office 2003的客户无法打开或保存通过“权限管理服务”（Rights Management Service）加密的文档。当文档被打开时，将会显示以下错误信息：

“出现意外的错误。 请稍后再试或与系统管理员联系”

 

"Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact your system administrator”

 

该问题影响到了Office 2003与权限管理服务（RMS）的配合使用，包括Word 2003， Word Viewer 2003，Excel 2003，Excel Viewer 2003， PowerPoint 2003 和Outlook 2003。但是Office 2007不会受到影响。
