Cavalcade of Camps: New Hampshire Code Camp, June 5th

If you have kids, you know this is about the time you start looking at the various camp options available to enrich your children (and retain your sanity) over the summer months.  Well, what’s good for them is good for you, and so for the next week – which happens to be school vacation week in Massachusetts – I’m bringing you some summer (ok, late-spring) camp options to enrich your own minds.

Let’s start off with Code Camp 2 New Hampshire, piloted by Pat Tormey, MVP and leader of the New Hampshire .NET User Group.

Submit an abstract to share your knowledge with your peers or join us to learn and network with fellow developers. Anyone can submit an abstract (no review process) … and you are in! There are both large and small rooms so if you are new or want a more intimate discussion let us know to schedule a conference room for your presentation or discussion. Any technology related topic is fair game, e.g., Visual Studio, SQL Server, JavaScript, Ruby-on-Rails, HTML/CSS, jQuery, etc.

Call for Speakers:   is open now; follow the directions below (shamelessly lifted from Chris’ blog) to submit a session

  1. Sign in to an existing account or create a new one at TheDevCommunity.org.
  2. Complete a Speaker Registry profile (if you don't already have one.)
  3. Go to the Code Camps home page.
  4. Next to the Code Camp entry, you should see a "Submit a Session" link.
  5. Submit as many sessions as you'd like.
  6. Please ensure that you also register as an attendee
