Business Intelligence Camp Wrap-up
This past Saturday, over 75 area technologists gathered at the Microsoft Office in Waltham for the 2nd New England Business Intelligence Code Camp. Sponsored by the Boston Business Intelligence User Group, under the leadership of Slava Kokaev, the event drew attendees from the local area as well as from upstate New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. There were three separate tracks, with one specifically focused on introductions to the Microsoft BI stack components of integration services (SSIS), analysis services (SSAS), and reporting services (SSAS).
If you missed this opportunity, you don’t need to wait until next year – consider becoming a part of the Boston Business Intelligence User Group, which meets the first Tuesday of each month in the Microsoft Office in Waltham, and check out Slava’s extensive on-line offerings for SSIS (with more to come for SSAS and SSRS).
A special thanks to the speakers and sponsors listed below; to Slava, Kailash Chintamani, and R. J. Phillips for organizing and running the event; and of course to the local community that came out for a combination of education, networking, and lots of pizza, coffee and donuts!
