At the company kickoff...

Today we are at our annual kickoff meeting where everyone gets together to talk about the financial year just passed and to plan for the upcoming year and what we are planning on doing. 

I just got off the stage which was a first for me at a company meeting. It was the first time in 20 years that I've presented at a company meeting. Being in front of 750 of your peers is definitely more daunting than being front of customers. I also had to keep the technical content at a minimum which was also hard...but I think I pulled it off.

Anyway time to sit back and relax for the next day or so and enjoy the party!
