    I downloaded it a number of times on different PCs and got an error when running the EXE - has anyone else managed to run it and upgrade their Kaiser?

    Thanks Jason.  The exe runs ok for me, although I'm getting a ERROR [260] : CONNECTION error (with Vista).  The handset clearly begins the upgrade but as it does so vista detects an 'unknown' usb device, fails to load a driver for it and the USB connection is lost.  You can still reset the handset by removing the battery, so I'll have another go in the morning....
